When the boiler gauge gets hot…
This is a very rare and desirable datejust featuring what collectors term a ‘Boiler Gauge’ dial. The dial would have originally been white, almost porcelain and has changed to this incredible panna cotta shade.
The dial features applied stylized Arabic markers, that are Breguet-esque and there is a cool railtrack around the centre of the dial. The case remains in really strong condition, including the notched bezel, which is still crisp. The solid link Oyster bracelet is a reference 78360 is in good condition with XXX endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘XXX’. The watch has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
