The Big Triangle Seamaster Date…
We are delighted to offer this outstanding example of a ‘Big Triangle’ Seamaster Date. The dial in this watch is in excellent condition, with hour plots that are a nice match with the sword hands.
The dial features a large triangle at 12 o’clock, which led to collectors terming these watches ‘Big Trangle’ Seamasters. The big triangle was developed for the British Royal Navy, which coupled with the sword hands gives this watch a real military vibe. The bezel insert is in superb condition, with no cracks. The asymmetrical case is in r great condition.
This cool watch comes with an Omega Archive extract that confirms the watch was delivered to Greece in October 1968. The Omega calibre 565 movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
