The Patek Philippe Gondolo collection, introduced in the 1990s, pays tribute to the manufacture’s rich Art Deco heritage and some of its most elegant shaped watches from the early twentieth century. The reference 5010G offered here perfectly captures the spirit of the collection, combining timeless design with understated sophistication.
This particular example features a beautiful 18k white-gold case measuring 26 x 29 mm ( 33 mm including the lugs). Its striking black “Noir” dial, a signature Patek Philippe colour, provides a wonderful contrast against the white-gold case. The dial is elegantly laid out with white-painted sector indexes, a railroad minute track, delicate leaf-shaped hands, and a charming small-seconds register at six o’clock, resulting in a design that is both refined and highly distinctive.
The watch is fitted with a lovely Bulang & Sons strap and powered by Patek Philippe’s reliable hand-wound calibre 215 movement. The movement has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker and is running exactly as it should.
