A pioneering design by Giancarlo Piretti, the “Plia” folding chair has become an icon of Italian modernism. Its innovative three-disc hinge mechanism allows the chair to fold completely flat, making it practical and space-saving.
The lightweight white steel frame supports a transparent seat and backrest, creating a minimalist aesthetic that fits seamlessly into both modern and mid-century interiors. Functional yet elegant, this chair demonstrates the innovative design of the 1960s.
