The Dégradé Diamond Dial Day-Date
First introduced in 1977, the quickset Day-Date was well received by consumers, as the watch could be set without having to manually scroll through the days and dates. This 18038 is a classic yellow gold Day Date with President bracelet. The watch houses a rare ‘dégradé’ dial, which is black at the outer edge and fades to a vibrant blue at the centre. The dial is further enhanced with baguette-cut diamonds at 6 and 9 and the rest of the hour markers are set with brilliant-cut diamonds. The watch retains a strong case and bezel. The good condition President bracelet has a concealed clasp, 21 links and 55 endlinks. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
