The Yellow Gold Bombe Case Waffle Dial Oyster
Collecting vintage Rolex is so much more than just Subs and Daytonas (of course, we love these models too). Vintage Oysters offer some of the most exciting and intriguing opportunities and this watch is an example of such a piece. The first cool element is the case – known to collectors as the Bombay case, with its twisted lugs. A classic Oyster with a twist! This example is in 14kt yellow gold and is in all original, great condition. Additionally, the watch houses a very rare and fine waffle dial in outstanding condition and has aged nicely to a rich vanilla hue. The lume dots are all intact and have aged to a nice rich tone that matches the hand lume perfectly. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
