The Wittnauer Pre-Electro Chron…

In 1960 Wittnauer began producing what would become known as the Electro Chron. Early version of the watches are known as the Electric, such as the watch we are offering today. The stand out feature of these watches are the incredible hands – the seconds and minutes hands both have lightning bolt elements, whilst the hour hand is like a planet or spaceship! This example remains in stunning condition all round – the silver dial and hands are in exceptionally nice condition. The 35.5mm steel case is crisp as is the bezel. This Wittnauer is fitted with its original JB Champion Wittnauer-signed expanding steel bracelet. The Electric is driven by a Landeron 4750 movement, which has had a new battery fitted by our watchmaker.
